Qualifications

• Hands-on data scientist with 3+ years in ML or applied AI.
• Degree in data science, AI, or related field.
• Strong Python and data science skills: analysis, feature engineering, modeling, evaluation.
• Experience with SQL, cloud tools, and production-ready ML.
• Knowledge of Spark or Elasticsearch is valuable.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand business and technical requirements for AI solutions in Support Delivery.
• Develop AI-powered services for case analysis, retrieval, recommendations, classification, automation.
• Move models from experimentation to production with ML engineers.
• Design data and ML pipelines and microservices.
• Analyze large-scale data to improve models and derive insights.
• Collaborate with data engineers, ML engineers, software developers, and stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
