Job summary

Centific is seeking an AI Data Associate (QA) for a 2-month, part-time role at Alexandra Technopark, Singapore. You will oversee the quality and consistency of annotation work, audit outputs, grade assignments, and drive continuous improvement of standards and rubrics.

The role requires sharp attention to detail, strong analytical skills, independence, and proficiency in Japanese. You will provide timely evaluations, support onboarding, and ensure alignment with client SLAs.

Job Title: AI Data Associate (QA)

Working Location: Alexandra Technopark

Project Period: 2 months, 4 hours per week

Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Summary

This role involves overseeing the quality and consistency of content annotation work performed by the annotator team. The individual will audit annotated content against guidelines, grade annotator output, identify and resolve discrepancies, and drive continuous improvement of annotation standards and rubrics.

• Review and audit annotator output (text, images, video) for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to guideline
• Grade annotator assignments, projects, and assessments
• Provide timely and accurate evaluation
• Identify discrepancies and provide clear, actionable feedback to annotators
• Conduct calibration checks to ensure fairness and consistency across annotators
• Perform spot-checks and sampling-based quality audits
• Conduct data collections based on client requirements
• Gather information or data from various sources
• Track quality metrics (accuracy, consistency, throughput) and report trends to stakeholders
• Collaborate with annotators and clients to refine grading rubrics and annotation criteria
• Escalate recurring errors or guideline gaps to program leads
• Support onboarding and training of new annotators on standards
• Maintain detailed records for tracking and reporting
• Ensure timely turnaround of quality reviews to meet client SLAs
• Contribute to feedback loops and continuous improvement initiatives

Job Requirement

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines accurately
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proficient in basic computer applications and internet research
• Proficiency in Japanese (reading, writing, and comprehension) is required to review and annotate Japanese-language content, ensuring accuracy and relevance in line with business needs
• Prior experience in data annotation, content review, quality assurance, or AI-related projects is an advantage.
