RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is offering a 6-month AI Development & Process Improvement contracting role for a curious and analytical student.

You will collaborate with business and IT teams to automate manual processes, improve data quality, and develop KPI dashboards using Excel, Oracle Cloud, Tableau, Power BI, SAP/PMx. This hands-on opportunity enables you to gain experience in AI, data analytics, digital transformation, and enterprise systems while turning data into actionable insights

Qualifications

Degree in Data Science and/or Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of AI tools and software development.
Basic programming knowledge.
Well versed with Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Oracle Cloud, or similar tools.
Familiarity with SIT/UAT testing is a plus.
A genuine interest in AI, automation, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

Map manual data processes and identify opportunities for automation and digitalization.
Support the development of AI-driven KPI dashboards and metrics.
Analyze data using Excel, Oracle Cloud, Tableau, Power BI, SAP/PMx, and other systems.
Develop dashboards and reports to track business performance.
Support automated testing, troubleshoot bugs, and improve data quality.
Analyze competency data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
Prepare presentations and reports for management.
Work with IT and cross-functional teams to deliver practical solutions.
