Job summary

RMA CONTRACTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Software Engineer – AI & Automation to develop software solutions for automating logistics operations, improving workflow efficiency, and enabling real-time tracking and informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in AI, CS, SE or related field.
• Experience in software development, APIs, microservices, and system integration.
• Knowledge of AI/ML technologies and automation solutions.
• Experience with GPS, IoT, real-time data processing, or logistics systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop software solutions to automate logistics processes, including order processing, planning, job assignment, tracking, and completion.
• Build intelligent tools to support resource allocation, route planning, real-time monitoring, and operational coordination.
• Develop systems to identify operational issues and support timely resolution and workflow adjustments.
• Integrate software applications with enterprise systems, APIs, and microservices.
• Integrate GPS trackers and IoT devices through APIs/SDKs from different hardware vendors.
• Process real-time location, vehicle status, and operational data for tracking and monitoring.
• Develop interfaces to support different GPS and IoT devices.
• Conduct system integration, testing, data validation, and field testing.
• Work with stakeholders to understand operational requirements and develop practical technology solutions.
