Job description

As an AI Automation Specialist at our company, your primary goal will be to implement AI-driven automation to enhance efficiency, personalization, and scalability in both eCommerce store operations and marketing efforts. You will be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and optimizing automated workflows for eCommerce stores and marketing campaigns, utilizing platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Zapier, ManyChat, and Make.com. Moreover, you will integrate AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and custom bots to automate tasks, boost conversion rates, and elevate client performance to new levels.Your responsibilities will include setting up AI-based customer support/chatbots, automating abandoned cart flows, welcome series, and post-purchase email journeys, connecting tools using APIs like Zapier, Make.com, and custom APIs, developing AI tools for product recommendations and review generation, implementing predictive analytics, AI-generated ad creatives and copy, as well as integrating GPT or Claude-powered backend assistants for client stores.To excel in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of automation tools such as Zapier, Make, Pabbly, and Activepieces, along with hands-on experience with eCommerce tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, Gorgias, and ManyChat.
