Job summary

Infosys Singaporeand Australia is seeking a visionary AI Architect to lead design, development, and deployment of AI solutions across the bank in the FS vertical. The role shapes AI strategy, ensuring scalable and secure integration into core banking, customer experience, risk management, and compliance.

Responsibilities include defining architecture roadmaps, end-to-end GenAI/LLM solution design, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and governance to meet regulatory and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in AI/ML solution architecture within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, Databricks) and data engineering.
• Experience with GenAI, LLMs, observability, traceability and explainability.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and ethical AI practices in banking.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the bank's AI architecture and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Lead end-to-end solution design for GenAI/LLM, AI/ML models, including data pipelines and model training.
• Collaborate with data science, engineering and business units to identify GenAI/AI/automation use cases.
• Ensure AI systems comply with regulatory requirements and data governance policies.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies, platforms and tools.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI engineers and data scientists.
