Qualifications

• Ability to break down problems, design solutions, and execute swiftly.

Responsibilities

• Participate in development of TikTok search results and core scenarios with cross-functional teams.
• Leverage Lynx, Android, iOS, and Server stacks to optimize search modules for performance and stability.
• Evaluate product performance via A/B testing and data analysis; drive feature iterations.
• Integrate AI Agents into R&D workflows for coding assistance, debugging, testing, and automation.
• Participate in initiatives like performance monitoring, exception handling, cache preloading, and stability improvements.
• Build reusable technical solutions, tools, and best practices to improve engineering efficiency.
