You will help develop high-performance, highly reliable search products that serve hundreds of millions of users, while tackling end-to-end engineering challenges in complex business scenarios.Here, we do not define roles by traditional functional boundaries. As an Agent Engineer, you will not only contribute to the development and iteration of core search products, but also explore practical applications of AI Agents in engineering productivity, process automation, and product innovation.We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.Candidates may apply to a maximum of two positions across Our Company and its affiliates globally. • Integrate AI Agents into daily R&D workflows—from coding assistance and intelligent debugging to automated testing. Participate in the exploration and practical application of AI tools in search business scenarios, and be encouraged to bring forward your own innovative ideas.
• Assist in advancing program optimizations such as performance monitoring, exception management, and cache preloading. Participate in the full lifecycle from data collection to solution implementation, and develop a deep understanding of the engineering systems behind large-scale applications.
