Job summary

Huawei in Singapore seeks an AI Agent Development Engineer to lead architecture and end-to-end performance optimization of enterprise-grade AI Agent systems, ensuring reliable delivery under high concurrency. You will implement RAG, tool calling, and multi-agent collaboration, package reusable AI components, and push the frontier in agent context engineering and high-performance execution.

Candidates should have 3+ years in Python/TypeScript/Java/C++, hands-on experience with Agent Harness/Agent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years engineering experience in at least one of Python, TypeScript, Java or C/C++.
• Active involvement with Agentic AI projects or open-source communities preferred.

Job Description:

• Lead the architectural design, development, and end-to-end performance optimization of enterprise-grade AI Agent systems as a core team member, ensuring reliable delivery under high-concurrency scenarios.
• Implement modules such as RAG, tool calling, and multi-agent collaboration for complex business scenarios, and package standardized AI components to accelerate product iterations.
• Proactively explore emerging Agent technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the Agent development platform. Drive advancements in Agent context engineering, high-performance execution, optimization, and self-evolution, while building benchmark Agents.

Skills / Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields, with 3+ years of engineering experience in at least one of Python, TypeScript, Java, or C/C++.
• Deep involvement in enterprise-level Agentic AI projects, with solid knowledge of Agent-related technologies such as Agent Harness and Agent Loop.
• In-depth understanding of the design philosophy behind at least one mainstream Agent product (e.g., LangChain, Dify, Openclaw, Hermes), with practical experience in cutting-edge Agent technologies.
• Active open-source community contributors are preferred.
