Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking an AHNW Wealth Manager to drive growth in Affluent and High Net Worth segments through the TD Sales Force, implementing sales initiatives and promoting the Prestige Club.

You will train Agency and AFA Leaders, manage case discussions, expand offshore opportunities, and collaborate with districts to raise AHNW awareness while supporting digitalisation and client-centric programs.

Responsibilities

• Foster rapport with Agency/AFA Sales to meet AHNW growth targets.
• Update AHNW production progress and share wealth management best practices.
• Support AHNW business via case discussions and management.
• Drive offshore AHNW opportunities and initiatives.
• Provide AHNW training to uplift districts' competency.
• Identify new business opportunities and leads generation.
• Support digitalisation and customer-centric agency culture initiatives.
• Drive AHNW initiatives including recognition events and campaigns.
• Liaise with operations for AHNW new business applications.
• Promote Club benefits to increase Prestige Club awareness and retention.
• Design and monitor AHNW sales activities to boost productivity.
• Collaborate with Location BD team on campaigns.
• Develop and update sales aids and marketing materials.
