Job summary

Accenture in Singapore is seeking a Release Manager / Environment Manager to own end-to-end release processes across DEV/SIT, UAT, Preprod, and Production.

You will ensure environment consistency, coordinate cutovers with infrastructure and DevOps teams, and drive smooth, governed deployments across the delivery lifecycle. The role requires strong Agile/Scrum experience, hands-on Jira and ServiceNow, and excellent cross-team communication to keep stakeholders aligned.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee end-to-end release processes across all environments.
• Ensure environment consistency, version control, and alignment between development and production.
• Coordinate release cutovers and deployments with cross-functional teams (infra, DevOps, application owners).
• Track and report release progress and issues using established tools and governance frameworks.
• Work closely with project and operations teams to ensure release readiness and minimize downtime.
