Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia seeks a Product Manager to lead end-to-end development of technology-enabled products in Singapore. You will translate business needs into clear product requirements, collaborating with engineering, design, QA, and analysis teams to shape strategy and drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management or related technology experience.
• Proven track record across full product lifecycle from requirements to launch.
• Strong grasp of software development methods incl. Agile, Scrum, DevOps and CI/CD.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable technical and product specs.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams with stakeholders in engineering, design, and QA.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and prioritisation skills.
• Experience shaping product strategy, roadmaps, budgets, and metrics.
• Preferred: experience with Singapore government/public-sector or regulatory contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle from requirements prioritisation through launch and enhancement.
• Define product strategy and roadmaps aligned with objectives, user needs, and measurable outcomes.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical and product requirements for delivery teams.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, QA, architecture and stakeholders.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and CI/CD practices within modern software delivery.
• Manage priorities, budgets, dependencies, risks and trade-offs with stakeholder alignment.
• Leverage market analysis, user research, product metrics and business cases to guide decisions.
• Define requirements for AI-enabled features and analytics as part of the roadmap.
