CAMPUS COLLECTIVE PTE. LTD. is seeking an enthusiastic educator to lead after-school tuition for Primary 1–6 students. You will guide learning using structured lesson plans, provide personalized support, and foster a growth-oriented classroom environment.

The role emphasizes adapting to diverse learning styles, utilizing digital tools, and maintaining open communication with parents. Weekend and evening sessions are required as per center calendar.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Passion for education, mentorship and student welfare.
• Energetic and capable of tailoring instruction to different learning styles.
• Familiar with Singapore MOE syllabi (Primary to O/A levels).
• Comfort with smart learning platforms and digital teaching tools.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, proactive work ethic and integrity.
• Availability: 3 weekdays 3:30 PM–9:30 PM and 2 weekends 9 AM–6 PM.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured lessons aligned with local syllabi for Primary 1–6 (min 2 subjects).
• Lead interactive group lessons to boost thinking, participation and confidence.
• Track progress using digital analytics to tailor learning plans.
• Offer 1-on-1 consultations and homework guidance in person and online.
• Maintain proactive communication with parents about progress and center updates.
