Job summary

NASCANS PTE. LTD. is seeking dedicated staff to join our after-school and kindergarten care team in West Singapore. You will engage primary school aged children, guide activities, and supervise homework in a nurturing learning environment.

Roles involve maintaining discipline, ensuring safety, and coordinating with centre staff. Training is provided; prior experience in child care is a plus, and strong communication with kids and parents is essential.

Qualifications

• Completed GCE O/N Level (3 credits) or Diploma.
• In-house training or sponsored certificate training provided if without relevant experience.
• Experience in student care or tutoring is advantageous.
• Keen passion to mentor, guide and engage children with dedication.
• Friendly and cheerful with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• You will be working closely with primary school aged kids and other facility members and staff.
• Facilitate and execute daily activities in accordance to timetable.
• Provide care and guidance to a group of students aged between 6 - 12 and supervise the completion of homework assignments from school or in house prepared materials.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure safety and security protocols are met at all times.
• Working hours are From Mon to Fri between 11am and 7pm.
