Job summary

Electrolux Group, based in Singapore, seeks an Aftermarket Senior Executive to oversee aftermarket operations, drive spare parts and accessories sales, and collaborate with service partners and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will analyze performance data, support campaigns, and manage reports to help achieve revenue and service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree required with at least 3 years related experience in aftermarket or a related field.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret sales and operations data.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and external partners.
  • English and Mandarin proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage aftermarket activities to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Coordinate with service partners, dealers, and internal departments for timely parts availability.
  • Analyze sales, inventory trends, and market demand to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support development and execution of campaigns, promotions, and business strategies to increase revenue and retention.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on aftermarket sales, service performance, inventory movement, and KPIs.
  • Maintain collaboration with regional and internal teams across Sales, Marketing, Field Ops, Consumer Care, Finance, and Supply Chain.
  • Build relationships with dealers, service providers, logistics partners, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and administrative duties.

Aftermarket Senior Executive responsible for managing aftermarket operations, driving parts and accessories sales, supporting service excellence, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll do:
  • Manage and monitor aftermarket business activities, including spare parts, accessories, consumables, and service offerings to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Coordinate closely with service partners, dealers, and internal departments to ensure timely parts availability and efficient fulfillment of customer requirements.
  • Analyze sales performance, inventory trends, and market demand to identify growth opportunities and recommend improvement initiatives.
  • Support the development and execution of aftermarket campaigns, promotions, and business strategies to increase revenue and customer retention.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints related to aftermarket products and services, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on aftermarket sales, service performance, inventory movement, and business KPIs for management review.
  • Maintain strong collaboration with regional and internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Field Operations, Consumer Care, Finance, and Supply Chain to support overall business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with external stakeholders such as dealers, authorized service providers, logistics partners, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and quality standards.
  • Support any other ad hoc projects, operational activities, or administrative duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Qualifications:
  • Possess at least Diploma / Degree Minimum 3 years of related working experience in aftermarket, customer service, spare parts management, field operations, or a related field.
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales and operational data.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and external business partners.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, independent, customer-focused, result-oriented, and disciplined.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and manage time effectively.
  • undefined Experience in aftermarket operations, inventory management, spare parts planning, or dealer management will be an added advantage.

  • English and Mandarin profiency.
