Job summary

Yew Tree Academy @ Yew Tee is seeking an enthusiastic teacher to supervise primary school students after school, guide homework, and deliver English enrichment activities in a safe, engaging setting.

You will support character development, maintain discipline, and communicate with parents while collaborating with a supportive team. The role runs Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 7:00pm with meals provided and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience in student care, teaching, childcare, or enrichment teaching preferred.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Responsible, patient, and enjoys working with children.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and care for students during after-school hours.
• Provide homework guidance and academic support.
• Conduct English enrichment lessons and language-based activities.
• Facilitate character-building and developmental programmes.
• Maintain student discipline and safety.
• Communicate with parents and work closely with team members.
• Support daily centre operations and routines.
