About the role

NEUMA is an Aesthetics Sanctuary located in Tanjong Pagar practising a slower kind of aesthetics — precise, unhurried, and built on craft. We bring together advanced aesthetic medicine, facial rituals and an elevated sanctuary experience to deliver results that are considered, natural and personal.

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver NEUMA's Facial Rituals to a consistently high standard, while also managing the guest journey—from welcoming clients and understanding their concerns, to recommending appropriate treatments, rebooking appointments and maintaining long-term client relationships.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys treating clients, building relationships and contributing to the growth of a premium boutique aesthetic clinic.

Key responsibilities

• Perform professional facial treatments and assisting doctor-led treatments chairside
• Conduct client consultations and understand individual skin and aesthetic concerns
• Recommend suitable treatments and products according to clients' needs
• Deliver treatments safely, professionally and with a high standard of service
• Prepare consultation and treatment rooms before doctor appointments.
• Prepare required consumables, treatment accessories and equipment before procedures.
• Welcome and prepare patients for doctor consultations and treatments.
• Follow up with clients on their post-treatment experience and progress
• Build strong client relationships and encourage long-term retention
• Manage client registration and consent documentation
• Maintain the reception area to NEUMA presentation standards
• Assist clients with post-treatment bookings and purchases
• Coordinate treatment rooms and appointment flow to minimise waiting time

About you

• Relevant beauty therapy, facial or aesthetic therapy qualification
• Experience performing professional facial treatments
• Strong facial massage and hands-on treatment skills
• Comfortable recommending and selling treatments and skincare
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Professional personal presentation and grooming
• Comfortable handling reception and administrative responsibilities
• Able to work weekends and retail operating hours where required
• Comfortable working in a small, hands-on boutique team
