Job summary

ARTE BY M CLINIC PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced Clinic Therapist to deliver skin treatments and assist doctors in aesthetic procedures, ensuring a patient‑centric experience.

You will prepare patients for procedures, discuss treatment plans, and provide post‑care follow‑up, while contributing to front desk tasks and delivering excellent customer service. Weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years’ experience as therapist/beautician.
• Well-groomed with a friendly personality.
• Good interpersonal skills and service attitude.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform skin treatments and therapist aesthetic services to patients (including medical grade facials).
• Assist doctors during medical aesthetics procedures
• Prepare patients pre-treatment procedures – photo taking, face cleansing, numbing, consent etc.
• Discuss product range, pricing and treatment plans with patients post doctor consultation
• Follow up on patients’ treatment recovery
• Demonstrates excellent communication skill
• Assist at front desk (when required).
• Provide excellent customer service and a memorable patient experience
• Assist other team members as needed and performs all other related duties as assigned.
• To be able to work on Saturdays and Sundays

We are a Premium Medical Aesthetic Clinic, led by Dr. Michelle Ng, together with our second doctor, Dr. Alfred Li, conveniently located at Millenia Walk, within the Downtown Core region in Singapore, 5 minutes drive away from Orchard. We are looking for an experienced Clinic Therapist, a team player with friendly personality to deliver care to the patients with customer centricity at its core.
