Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years warehouse or distribution experience.
• Lifting up to 25 kg safely.
• High-level forklift proficiency.
• On-call availability.
• Reliable transportation due to site location.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong WMS inventory/dispatch knowledge.
• Detail oriented and fast-paced work style.
• Able to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with local Freight Forwarders for pickup on shipments.
• Prepare sales orders for domestic/international shipping with documentation.
• Perform Receiving, Put Away, Picking, and Shipping tasks.
• Inventory cycle counts and accuracy checks.
• Support AOG off-hour shipments.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouses/workstations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
