Job summary

GE Aerospace in Singapore seeks a senior executive to lead Technology and Engineering, shaping the roadmap for automation, robotics, and digital manufacturing across Component Repair operations.

The role partners with Operations, Quality, and Digital Technology to deliver safe, reliable, and competitive repair capabilities, improving SQDC through data-driven decisions and end-to-end industrialisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; 15+ years manufacturing/operations exp. in aerospace or related.
• 8+ years leading multi-disciplinary engineering organizations and senior managers.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead multi-year technology strategy for Singapore Component Repair plants.
• Unify Special Processes, Automation & Robotics, Machining, Tooling, and NPI under a cohesive framework.
• Lead Smart Factory roadmap incl. MES/PLM/SCADA integration and data governance.
• Drive industrialisation of repair processes and PPAP/FAI readiness.
• Spearhead safety by design and governance of technical changes.
• Develop asset strategy and reliability practices to improve OEE and MTBF.
• Foster external partnerships with equipment suppliers and research institutions.
• Nurture talent and drive culture of standard work and continuous improvement.
