Job summary

RN Care Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a parts cleaner/operator to chemically clean engine components, remove coatings, rust, paint, carbon and grease, and ready parts for inspection or repair.

You will follow SOPs, monitor solution pH and temperature, add chemicals, verify part numbers, maintain records, and operate cleaning line equipment with proper protective gear in a clean, safe work area. Minimum GCE O level and 1 year in Aerospace/Manufacturing required.

Qualifications

• Min GCE 'O' level and above
• At least 1 year of experience in Aerospace or Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Clean engine components using chemicals to remove coatings, rust, paint, carbon and grease before inspection or repair.
• Follow operation sheets, manuals and SPOP specifications for each job.
• Add chemicals to tanks, monitor solution concentrations (pH, temperature), test solutions and manage waste.
• Operate and monitor cleaning line equipment, pumps, filters and tanks; assist maintenance as needed.
• Verify part numbers and processes; identify faulty operations and maintain meticulous records.
• Wear appropriate protective gear and keep a clean, safe work area.
