The ideal candidate has 5+ years in aerospace procurement, excellent communication skills, and a detail-oriented, data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in materials procurement and vendor management in the aerospace / manufacturing industry.
• Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally.
• High attention to details.
• Organised and ability to follow through from sourcing to delivery.
• Pro‑active, results oriented and self‑driven.
• Able to work independently and make sound decision based on data.
• Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

Responsibilities

• Source and procure materials cost-effectively to meet needs.
• Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and procedures.
• Plan and coordinate timely delivery of purchases.
• Drive cost savings while maintaining quality; expand vendor base.
• Participate in material reviews; escalate issues promptly.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in material planning.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, quality and finance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
