Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer for aerospace manufacturing at Changi. You will ensure product and process quality, implement CMM inspections, and maintain adherence to ISO9001/AS9100 and NADCAP requirements.

The role requires a degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical engineering with 5+ years in aerospace QA, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead audits and corrective actions to reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace QA environments.
• Familiarity with ISO9001/AS9100 and NADCAP is preferred.
• Proven ability to use problem‑solving tools (fishbone, 5‑Why).

Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance for product and process, maintaining ISO9001/AS9100 and NADCAP compliance.
• Review and revise quality procedures and QC instructions.
• Liaise with customers/vendors on non-conformance, conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions to reduce costs.
• Conduct internal audits of quality systems, products and processes (ISO9001/AS9100/NADCAP).
• Conduct on-site/vendor audits as required.
• Uphold customer and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and create CMM inspection programs.
• Drive down monthly Cost of Poor Quality/scrap.
