Job summary

HRnet Ventures Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a capable professional to provide technical support to production operations and to manage product definition and evolution.

You will drive continuous improvement, perform root cause analyses, and collaborate with multi-functional teams and customers to resolve product issues. Experience in aviation is a plus, and you will help with new product introductions and supplier validations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or similar.
• 2+ years' experience in technical support or product engineering.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; clear and professional communication.
• Able to manage priorities under tight deadlines.
• Aviation industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to production operations for assigned products.
• Manage product definition, configuration, and evolution.
• Drive continuous improvement, root cause analysis (8D), and cost-saving initiatives.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams (MFT) and customers to resolve product issues.
• Lead/support new product introduction, customer returns, and supplier validations.
• Establish KPIs (R1, FPY) and monitor support effectiveness.
