is seeking a Lead Manufacturing Engineer – NPI to drive the timely development and industrialization of Component Repair NPI projects, partnering with Repair, Design, Product Support and shop operations across sites. You will generate manufacturing routers and instructions, Repair Source Substantiation packages, and other documentation required for industrialization and approval, while leading resolution of technical and operational challenges.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Aerospace/Materials or related engineering field with 3-5 years of NPI experience.
Good understanding of repair manufacturing processes and inspection techniques.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Lead development of repair processes for Component Repair NPI.
Generate manufacturing routers, instructions and substantiation packages for industrialization.
Coordinate with Repair, Design, Product Support and shop operations across sites.
Manage multiple NPI projects with scheduling, resources, budgets and EHS compliance.
Resolve technical and operational challenges and drive approval to handover to operations.
Interface with vendors and internal functions to ensure timely, on-budget actions.
