Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Singapore is seeking an Electroplating Technician to set up, operate and maintain plating equipment and perform inspections according to process instructions. The role requires an NITEC in Precision Engineering and at least 2 years of manufacturing plant experience, with willingness to work rotating shifts.

Candidates must be physically and mentally fit, able to work in high temperature environments, and comply with EH&S and CORE procedures.

Physically and mentally fit to conduct manufacturing tasks.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate and maintain electroplating equipment as per Job Instruction Sheet.
Set up, operate and maintain all measuring equipment, gages and fixtures for inspection per Plating Master & Manufacturing Engineering folder.
Read and interpret Job instruction sheet required to carry out work tasks.
Adhere to EH&S & CORE requirements and submit monthly safety reports.
Keep work areas tidy; perform housekeeping and weekly TPM.
Engage in additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
Notify supervisor of any machine or tooling problems affecting quality or safety.
Raise Imaint when equipment is down and use full PPE in a warm environment.
