Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Prior experience in customer service or support within aerospace industry is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP, Power BI, and Power Apps is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer communications on all order-related matters, including delivery commitments, pricing, engine status, and commercial enquiries.
- Develop and coordinate commercial support solutions to address customer requirements and resolve business issues.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, payment collection, warranty administration, and resolution of invoice-related queries.
