Job summary

ELITEZ AVIATION PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Composite Workshop Technician to perform and supervise vacuum bagging, lay-up, bonding, and curing operations in a cleanroom environment in Singapore.

You will read simple blue prints and routing, schedule repair processes to meet delivery dates, and ensure high-quality output with a strong safety mindset aligned to 5S practices. A team player with good personal responsibility is preferred.

Qualifications

• Can work independently.
• Able to schedule repair process to meet job delivery.
• Able to perform basic troubleshooting in composite work.
• Clear Work Package upon job completion.
• Ensure work is carried out according to Repair Schemes / Routing.
• Ensure high quality of work output.
• Ensure a safe environment with 5S on workshop.
• Able to read simple blue prints, routing & repair sketches.
• Good work attitude and a team player.
• Demonstrate good personal responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform vacuum bagging.
• Metal to metal bonding.
• Wet and dry lay-up of composite materials.
• Honeycomb machining.
• Basic assembly work.
• Operate curing oven.
• Using heat con for local bonding process.
