Job summary

GE Aerospace Singapore is seeking a Production Scheduler to coordinate daily production scheduling, WIP tracking, part movement, and cross-functional issue resolution to ensure the safe, timely, and efficient flow of customer hardware through the shop.

You will prepare production schedules for assigned areas, work with Engineers and Facilitators, and maintain accurate status in production boards. Experience in vane/blade/large component areas is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand manufacturing operation sheets and standard operating procedures in English.
• Strong scheduling and coordination abilities are required.
• Good interpersonal skills and initiative are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare production schedules for assigned areas.
• Schedule work for team members and ensure timely progression from station to station.
• Work with Scheduler to establish priorities during conflicts.
• Maintain accurate WIP inventory status and update production boards.
• Coordinate with Engineers and Facilitators on disposition of parts.
• Expedite rework parts and clear non-conformances.
• Assist in coordinating the flow of work in new repairs.
