Overview
Advisory IT Engineer for Smart Manufacturing Operation System (MOM); responsible for planning, implementation, and optimization of smart manufacturing systems, ensuring successful project delivery and exceeding customer expectations. Play a crucial role in overseas markets by providing high-quality pre-sales consulting services, participating in the formulation and implementation of bidding strategies, and helping the team win key projects.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the smart manufacturing operation management systems.
- Lead team to deliver projects on time, meeting quality and quantity requirements.
- Resolve complex technical issues during the project implementation process and offer technical support and training.
- Pre-sales consulting in overseas markets: understand overseas market customer needs, provide customized intelligent manufacturing solutions, participate in customer meetings, conduct product demonstrations and technical exchanges to boost customer confidence, and compose pre-sales consulting reports for technical support and market insights.
- Bidding strategy and proposal support: analyze bidding project requirements, formulate bidding strategies and proposal frameworks, draft detailed technical proposals and implementation plans, prepare bidding materials, participate in presentations, and strive to win the bid for the project.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, information technology, electronic engineering, or related fields.
- Rich experience in smart manufacturing, including shop floor control, QC, automation, and Internet of Things technologies.
- Strong understanding of project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Development experience: Back-end: SpringBoot/SpringCloud/Mybatis; Front-end: Vue; AI: Python with Scikit-learn/XGBoost/PyTorch/TensorFlow/LLM-related tools.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-cultural collaboration; good command of Chinese for collaboration with the domestic team.
- At least 5 years of work experience in intelligent manufacturing, automation, or related fields; demonstrated success leading at least one large-scale intelligent manufacturing system implementation project.
- Candidates with pre-sales consulting or bidding support experience in overseas markets are preferred.
- Advanced certificates in intelligent manufacturing (e.g., Intelligent Manufacturing IT Planner, Artificial Intelligence Engineer) and IT certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL Foundation, AWS).
- Continuous learning and innovation ability: willingness to learn new technologies, apply them to project delivery to enhance efficiency and quality, and demonstrate AI innovation with awareness of AI development trends.
