This role acts as a hub for briefs, client interactions, and asset delivery, managing schedules, tracking progress, and handling last-minute changes while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Manage Campaign Timelines, ensuring print and digital ads are delivered on schedule.
• Collaboration & Communication: Liaise with creative, design, media, and production teams; ensure client feedback is gathered and shared.
• Media & Advertising Material Management: Schedule ads across media, monitor production progress, ensure timely material delivery.
• Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution: Identify delays or mistakes and adapt to last-minute changes without derailing timelines.
• Reporting and Tracking: Monitor campaigns, provide status updates, and analyze performance where needed.
• Administrative Tasks: Track contracts, media buys, budget, and production calendars to meet deadlines.
