Job summary

Tap Growth ai is seeking an experienced Adobe Campaign Technical Lead to drive the end-to-end technical delivery of Adobe Campaign solutions in Singapore. You will design, develop, and govern engagements, partnering with architects, PMs, and business stakeholders to ensure scalable and secure customer engagement platforms.

The role requires deep ACC expertise, enterprise integrations, and a track record of delivering complex marketing technology projects in Agile or hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SE or related field.
• 7+ years in enterprise app development, CRM or marketing tech.
• 3+ years leading technical teams or large-scale implementations.
• Experience delivering enterprise projects in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of Adobe Campaign solutions.
• Own Technical Specification Documents (TSDs) and solution artifacts.
• Design, build, and optimize campaign management, segmentation, and automation workflows.
• Oversee integrations between Adobe Campaign and enterprise apps, CRM, analytics, and data sources.
• Provide technical leadership across development, reviews, testing, deployment, and release governance.
• Establish standards, reusable components, and governance practices for the platform.
• Ensure scalability, performance, security, reliability and maintainability.
• Support data migration, testing, defect resolution, hypercare, and post-production support.
