• Internship/work experience in tech/internet industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support data analysis for overseas Ad Network to identify optimization opportunities and improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Algorithms teams to design and validate advertising strategies and improve bidding/targeting/pacing models.
• Drive full product development lifecycle from requirements to launch and post-launch reviews.
• Explore and implement AI agents and automated analysis tools to streamline data workflows and decision-making.

• Drive the full product development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, cross-functional coordination, and tracking progress from evaluation and development to launch and post-launch performance reviews.
• Explore and implement AI agents and automated analysis tools to streamline data workflows and improve the efficiency of data analysis and strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with an expected graduation in 2027.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python (knowledge of C/C++/Go is a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong sense of ownership, customer-oriented mindset, and integrity.
• Fast learner and effective team player with excellent communication skills.
• Prior internship or work experience in the tech or internet industry is preferred.
• Require bilingual proficiency as of communications with global and HQ teams are conducted in both English and Mandarin.
