During the internship you will gain exposure to project delivery, client briefs, and integrated marketing communications, working alongside account managers, creatives, and operations to keep campaigns moving.

Qualifications

• Curiosity about marketing, advertising, and brands/clients.
• Strong project management and follow-through.
• Ability to multi-task and complete projects accurately and on time.
• Some knowledge on day-to-day management of social media platforms (Facebook, Google, Instagram, YouTube, etc) and offline advertising touch points (TV, Radio, Press, Retail, etc.).
• Meticulous, strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently as well as assisting Account Managers in executing integrated marketing communications.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily implementation and execution of all online and offline projects
• Responsible for comprehensive and accurate WIP (work-in-progress) updates to clients or internal teams
• Ensure projects follow the overall strategic direction of the brand
• Partner with other team members (creative, production, operations) on projects, to ensure timely project delivery
• Assist with administrative tasks from meeting preparation, recaps, timelines, basic reporting and performance tracking.
• Exposure to the end-to-end advertising creative process - from client brief to project development and execution.
