Job summary

Soitec is seeking a skilled technician to ensure production equipment quality and timely output. You will manage equipment performance, monitor process stability, and support safe, efficient lab operations in a cleanroom environment.

The role requires hands-on calibration, routine checks, and adherence to SOPs. You will contribute to continuous improvement, training Manufacturing Assistants, and maintaining high quality standards in wafer production.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to lead and train Manufacturing Assistants where applicable.
• Diploma or higher NITEC with relevant experience in lab or production settings.

Responsibilities

• Operate and calibrate production equipment in assigned area.
• Maintain equipment to ensure high quality wafers and output.
• Monitor and plan output to meet daily plan and customer demand.
• Ensure 5S standards and cleanroom compliance in the work area.
• Follow SOPs and implement necessary corrective actions.
• Record shift events and maintain accurate inventory locations.
• Lead improvement activities and participate in training.
• Adhere to safety protocols and manage risk before acting.
