Job summary

You will perform electro-mechanical assembly, testing, and documentation, ensuring parts availability and quality while supporting process improvements. The role requires willingness to shift and to work overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Material/Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Understanding and knowledge of Reliability Environmental Stress Test Requirement, including HTHH, TC, UV & LT test.
• Hands-on experience on common analysis techniques and use of analysis instruments such as cross-section, ion-mill, CSAM, EDX, FTIR, FIB, etc.
• Material characterisation procedures including Bend, Abrasion & Adhesion test.
• Knowledge of materials physics and ability to relate reliability to relevant tests.
• Self-directed and willingness to take on new tasks.
• Able to perform shift work and support overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• As a Manufacturing Technician, build and test multimillion-dollar display and wafer fabrication equipment in a cleanroom environment.
• Perform electro-mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and repairs; audit parts availability and inspect for defects.
• Test assemblies using fixtures, measure with equipment, and document results; implement software to improve processes.
• Support reliability analysis, plan daily/shift tasks, and hand over work to the next shift.
• Maintain 5S and safety standards; assist in lab setup and internal/external audits.
