Job summary

Kulicke and Soffa Industries, Inc. is seeking an Advanced / Associate Engineer in Equipment Production to perform testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies.

You will assemble mechatronics assemblies, gather data, conduct self-verification, and support continuous improvement initiatives while potentially guiding colleagues on line activities. This role is based in Singapore and focuses on improving production quality and equipment performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in semiconductor equipment manufacturing is a plus.

• Ability to analyze problems and implement corrective actions
• Experience in continuous improvement projects
