Google Asia Pacific PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to drive cross‑functional initiatives across our Ads and measurement platforms.

You will partner with Sales, Product and Engineering to translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions and guided services for a global client base. The role requires strong program management, a solid software engineering background, and experience with large‑scale cloud and ad tech environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting.
• Experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
• Ability to communicate in English and Urdu to support client relationship management in this region.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and engagement managers to understand customer marketing objectives, infrastructure and first‑party data management strategy, and pain points.
• Lead deep‑dive technical assessment/consultation sessions to uncover opportunities where bespoke solutions are required, ensuring solutions respect industry‑specific data constraints and business cycles.
• Translate complex customer requirements into clear technical specifications and an integrated media activation plan.
• Provide technical-product oversight during the implementation phase, ensuring the engineering build remains aligned with the original customer strategy, while deferring base code-level and system-building decisions to the Engineering team.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional gTech teams (e.g., Engineering teams, Solution Experts, Measurement Experts) to orchestrate bundled service delivery and ensure seamless customer outcomes.
