Job summary

Qualifications

3 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
Experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales and Engagement Managers to understand customer marketing objectives, infrastructure and data strategy.
Lead deep-dive technical assessment sessions to uncover bespoke solutions.
Translate complex customer requirements into clear technical specifications and designs for scalable media activation.
Provide technical-product oversight during implementation, ensuring alignment with customer strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional gTech teams to orchestrate bundled service delivery and ensure seamless outcomes.
