Job summary

Adobe Campaign Solution Architect leads the end-to-end architecture, design, and migration of the Existing Campaign System to Adobe Campaign Classic. The role defines the target-state architecture, migration strategy, integration framework, data transformation approach, and technical governance while supporting controlled coexistence during transition.

The role collaborates across teams to deliver migration, coexistence, cutover, data migration, security, compliance, and production readiness,

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience with a focus on large-scale campaigns.
• 8+ years working on Adobe Campaign architecture and migration.
• Experience in regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall Adobe Campaign solution architecture and FSDs.
• Define migration, coexistence, and cutover strategy for campaigns, data, workflows, interfaces, and business processes.
• Design customer data, campaign data, data transformation, and analytics integration architecture.
• Define campaign capabilities including segmentation, control groups, contact policies, governance, reporting, and response tracking.
• Architect integrations with Email, SMS, Push Notifications, Mobile and Web Channels, Contact Center platforms, Direct Mail, analytics, and fulfilment systems.
• Ensure alignment with security, privacy, consent management, regulatory, performance, and operational requirements.
• Provide architecture leadership across analysis, design, build, testing, deployment, production readiness, and hypercare.
• Conduct design workshops, architecture reviews, technical governance, and stakeholder engagements.

ROLE SUMMARY

The Adobe Campaign Solution Architect leads the end-to-end architecture, design, and migration of the Existing Campaign System to Adobe Campaign Classic. • Define migration, coexistence, and cutover strategy for campaigns, data, workflows, interfaces, and business processes.
• Design customer data, campaign data, data transformation, and analytics integration architecture.
• Define campaign capabilities including segmentation, control groups, contact policies, governance, reporting, and response tracking.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• 12+ years of overall IT experience
• 8+ years of Adobe Campaign architecture and implementation experience
• Proven campaign platform modernization and migration experience
• Strong expertise in campaign orchestration, audience management, response tracking, data migration, enterprise integrations, SQL, databases, APIs, and file-based interfaces
• Experience in banking, financial services, or another regulated industry preferred

PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS

• Adobe Campaign Classic Developer or Architect Certification
• Adobe Experience Cloud certification
• TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification
