Job summary

Cognita Schools is seeking an Admissions Manager (Maternity Cover) at the Australian International School to lead recruitment and enrollment activities during the maternity leave period.

The role requires strong English communication, CRM experience, and a track record in client-facing environments. The closing date is 13 September 2026, with a fixed maternity cover period from 11 November 2026 to 5 May 2027.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication, presentation and persuasion skills in a 1:1 and group setting.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Result oriented and driven by successful outcomes.
• Experience in dealing with clients in a multi-cultural setting.
• Fluent in English and proficiency in an Asian language is preferred.
• Outstanding time management and organisation skills.
• Experience with Central RecordsSystem (CRM) preferably dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement admissions strategies to grow school enrollments.
• Engage with prospective families, present the school’s value proposition, and convert inquiries to applications.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track applicant progression, and provide regular reporting.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.
