Cognita Asia Holdings Pte Ltd is seeking an Admissions Manager (Maternity Cover) for the Australian International School in Singapore. You will lead the admissions journey, engage families, and work with senior teams to ensure a smooth recruitment and onboarding process.

Ideal candidates will have five years of direct B2C sales experience, strong communication skills, and CRM proficiency. This role is based in Singapore and supports a key school operation during a maternity leave period.

Qualifications

• Five years of direct B2C sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with CRM, preferably Dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Manage admissions process for maternity cover at the Australian International School.
• Engage with prospective families and convert interest into applications.
• Coordinate with school leadership and support teams to streamline onboarding.
• Meet recruitment targets and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Position Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication, presentation and persuasion skills in a 1:1 and group setting
• Excellent written communication skills
• Result oriented and driven by successful outcomes
• Experience in dealing with clients in a multi-cultural setting
• Fluent in English and proficiency in an Asian language is preferred
• Outstanding time management and organisation skills
• Experience with Central RecordsSystem (CRM) preferably dynamics

Qualifications:

• A minimum of five years direct sales experience in a highly personalised B2C environment ideally though not necessarily in education or related businesses
• Bachelor’s Degree qualification preferred

This is a Maternity Cover position from 11 November 2026 to05 May 2027.
