Job summary

Australian International School in Singapore is seeking an Admissions Manager (Maternity Cover) to lead enrolment efforts, engage families and guide them through AIS programmes.

You will manage inquiries, present AIS advantages, and work with diverse communities to achieve enrolment targets during the maternity period.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years direct sales experience in a high-touch B2C environment.
• Experience in education or related sectors is a plus.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in an Asian language preferred.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Experience with Central Records System (CRM), preferably Dynamics.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients in a multi-cultural setting to drive admissions.
• Present and persuade prospective families about AIS offerings.
• Manage leads and follow up to meet targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth admissions process.

This is a Maternity Cover position from 11 November 2026 to 05 May 2027.

Position Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication, presentation and persuasion skills in a 1:1 and group setting
• Excellent written communication skills
• Result oriented and driven by successful outcomes
• Experience in dealing with clients in a multi-cultural setting
• Fluent in English and proficiency in an Asian language is preferred
• Outstanding time management and organisation skills
• Experience with Central Records System (CRM) preferably dynamics

Qualifications:

• A minimum of five years direct sales experience in a highly personalised B2C environment ideally though not necessarily in education or related businesses
• Bachelor’s Degree qualification preferred
