Job summary

Job Summary:

  • Work Days: Monday – Friday
  • Working Hours: 9.00am – 5.30pm (Weekdays)
  • Salary Range: Up to $2,900
  • Location: Tuas West Road MRT
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and renew vehicle insurance and road tax.
  • Schedule and record vehicle servicing, inspection, and manage traffic summons.
  • Track and manage company spare car mileage and usage.
  • Arrange air ticket and hotel bookings through approved vendors.
  • Prepare purchase requisitions for office supplies (stationery, cartridges, letterheads, paper, envelopes, etc.).
  • Process supplier invoices and raise payment applications.
  • Prepare and record minutes for Department Manager meetings.
  • Maintain and update the Kaizen Register for local and overseas offices.
  • Provide reception relief during absences.
  • Perform other administrative support duties as assigned by the HOD.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1-2 years Administrative Experience
  • Minimum Diploma Holder in any discipline.
  • Taking and maintaining meeting minutes.
  • Document control, including contracts, drawings, and related documents.
  • Mobile phone management.
  • Office supplies ordering, monitoring, and issuing.
