Job summary

A renovations contractor firm in Singapore is seeking an Office Administrator to handle general office management, billing, and HR tasks. Responsibilities include managing inquiries, preparing sales quotations, filing documents, and assisting with employee claims.   • General office management and organization(To assist in all enquiries regarding administrative activities;Handle Phone Calls & Messages)
  • Collect, collate and follow-up on billing & payment including raising Purchase Orders, invoicing & payments;
  • To prepare and submit sales quotation;
  • Assist on documents filing.
  • Access and schedule calendar and manage appointment.
  • To assist in the submission of employees’ claims;
  • HR administrative work such as leave type tabulation, recruitment screening process and paperwork & etc;
Requirements
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Familiar with office procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Opening and/or updating of file including using the software,Xero,or any other software as the case may be (To handle and manage Xero Accounting Software;)
  • Basic computer skills required; working with multiple software packages including word processing, spreadsheet, database and graphic/presentation packages
