Job summary

Black Hair Salon in Singapore is seeking a friendly Customer Service professional to be the first face and voice for our guests, guiding them from initial enquiry to their visit. You’ll manage front desk duties, answer enquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram and calls, and coordinate with our hair stylists for smooth appointments.

Qualifications

• Customer service front desk or administrative experience is an advantage, but not required.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Able to communicate effectively in English (and Chinese) to serve diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the salon’s Front Desk and Customer Service.
• Attend to customer enquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls and other channels.
• Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, rescheduling and customer requests.
• Welcome customers and assist with arrival and check-out experience.
• Coordinate with hairstylists and salon team for smooth daily appointments.
• Assist with basic administrative and operational duties.
• Assist with e-commerce orders and operations.
• Support marketing campaigns and other ad hoc administrative tasks.

Your Role

As part of our Customer Service team, you’ll be the first face and first voice of Black Hair Salon, helping us create a warm, seamless experience for every customer — from their first enquiry to their salon visit.

Responsibilities
