Job Description:

  • Familiar with local employment act and good HR practices.
  • Handle daily phone Calls and Incoming / outgoing emails
  • Conducts interview and assessment of applicants
  • Willing to learn and apply new grants
  • Purchasing of office supplies and stationery
  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure working office facilities
  • Assist in organising events for staff
  • Maintain cleanliness of pantry
  • Manage inventory of IT equipment and basic IT troubleshooting
  • Demonstrated ability to accept responsibility & work effectively both independently & with a team
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

  • ‘Can do’ work attitude is a must.
  • Enthusiastic and positive team player with a “No task is too small attitude”
  • Organized and detail oriented, able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Willing to learn
  • Fresh grads are welcome
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin
