Job summary

You will coordinate schedule systems, manage inventory and procurement for beauty products and clinical consumables, support compliance and HR tasks, and oversee data and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-site teams.

Responsibilities

• Multi-Site Coordination: Standardize administrative workflows, scheduling systems, and protocols across all branch locations.
• Inventory & Procurement: Manage ordering, stock levels, and supply chains for beauty products, clinical consumables, and equipment maintenance.
• Compliance & HR Support: Ensure adherence to local health and hygiene regulations, handle staff rostering, and assist with onboarding.
• Data & Financial Reporting: Oversee billing, accounts payable/receivable, and generate operational performance reports
