Job summary

SUNRAY WOODCRAFT CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD in Singapore is looking for a Warehouse Assistant to support daily operations, ensuring order accuracy and warehouse efficiency.

The successful candidate will liaise with the Warehouse Supervisor, organize and store items, maintain records, and keep the warehouse environment safe and orderly. A diploma in Business Administration or warehouse management is required, and both fresh graduates and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

1-year related experience, or fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

Support daily operations by ensuring order accuracy and warehouse efficiency.
Liaise with Warehouse Supervisor on incoming and outgoing goods for accuracy and quality.
Organize, label, and store items in designated areas; conduct inventory counts.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized, hazard-free warehouse environment.
Record inventory data in systems and maintain accurate records.
Travel to different warehouses for stock take.
Assist Warehouse-in-charge on any other duties assigned.

Education

Diploma in Business Administration or any related field
