Job summary

MINDSG LTD invites applications for a Learning Support Trainer to deliver the Adult Curriculum across hubs in Yishun, Kebun Baru and Woodlands. You will work with Learning Coaches and the Lifelong Learning Department to roll out adaptive learning, assess progress, and customize lesson plans to fit client needs.

You will perform administrative tasks, develop home-based resources for caregivers, and monitor vendor-led AC implementations, seeking continual improvement in outcomes for PWIDs.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Social Work, Psychology, or Community Services or training-related fields with at least 2 years working experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver MINDS Adult Curriculum to hubs to improve clients' independent living and daily functioning.
• Collaborate with Learning Coaches and TOs to roll out AC and monitor progress.
• Prepare and adapt lesson plans and materials with a Person-Centred Approach.
